Dieselboss Trucker's Laptop

The
challenge
for us at Dieselboss was to provide a
drivers laptop computer that met all of
the technical requirements for today's applications and do it for
under $500 to make it affordable for
drivers. A bright Active Matrix TFT screen was
required for daylight visibility in the truck. It had to come with at
least a one-year warranty and it had to
have at least 4 gigabytes of memory so that GPS and other programs
run quickly. It needs to have a large capacity battery for
long life without needing to be plugged in constantly. Finally, it had to come with at
least a Dual Core i3 Intel processor to
handle today's demanding operating systems and applications.

All laptops from us come "Ready to Roll." (what does that mean, you say?) When you buy a new computer from the store or another web site, you can't just "turn it on and go." All new computers take 3 to 4 hours to set up properly before they can be used by the consumer. BUT, laptops from DieselBoss WILL be "ready-to-roll." We will turn it on, charge the battery, remove any bloated paid "trialware" programs, install free anti-virus protection from Microsoft, install all current Windows updates and service packs, and test and defragment the system for you, for free. If you choose the option with the CoPilot Truck version 9 trucker GPS navigation, then that too will be installed and ready to go!
