Step 2: Install the program on your computer by clicking "Run." If you are using Google Chrome or Firefox browser then you will have to "Save" first and then click the downloaded file to "Run."

Step 3: Follow the install wizard instructions that will appear on your screen and then click "Finish."

Step 4: Double-click the "Eclipse Logbook" icon on your desktop screen to start the program.

Step 5: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THE PROGRAM TO REGISTER IT. We strongly recommend that you fill out the simple registration to get more functionality from the program while you are trying it! However, you can always click on "Maybe Later" when the program opens to still try it without registering. Registration does NOT obligate you to purchase.

Install note: This program requires that your computer have .NET 3.5 on your computer or you may have an error during installation to the effect that .NET is needed. For Windows 7 and below, you can install .Net by using the "Windows Update" function of your computer and choose "Optional Updates." For Windows 8 users, you may have to install .Net 3.5 first using the instructions found at ---> THIS LINK. MOST Windows computers will already have this installed by default.
